Standard delivery £ 3.95 (generally 2-3 working days for mainland UK)
Express delivery £ 8.00. Orders received before 12 noon will be delivered next working day (excl bank holidays). Orders received after 12 noon will be delivered within 2 working days. Express delivery is only available for goods in stock. Please note the company reserves the right to place an extra charge for delivery if the weight of the total order is excessive. Customers will contacted with details of any extra charges prior to despatching goods for approval.
EU countries £7.00 and will take between 3-7 working days.
Worldwide £12.00 for packages up to 1.5kg. Heavier packages will be charged at cost. Idlewild London is not responsible for any local import and customs duties payable for goods delivered overseas.
Card payment: Your sleepwear/swimwear order will generally arrive in 2 to 4 days. If in stock your order will be despatched within 24 hours.
Cheque payment: To allow for clearance, your order will arrive in 7 working days from receipt of your cheque.
All delivery times are dependent on items being in stock. We will let you know if items will take longer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
UK Customers - free returns
We are happy to return or refund any items with which you are not satisfied. Please return your purchase in it's original condition with packaging within 14* days of receipt along with a completed returns form (supplied with your delivery). Send your parcel to FREEPOST, RSAZ-HRGU-JYLC, TFL (Idlewild Returns), COLCHESTER, CO7 0SQ.
Parcels sent to this address can take up to 7 working days to reach us. If you want your parcel to reach us sooner return to Idlewild Ltd, c/o TFL, 23 Morses Industrial Estate, Brightlingsea, Colchester, Essex, CO7 0SQ. You will have to pay postage if sent to this address.
Postage costs and gift wrapping charges will only be refunded in the case of incorrect or faulty goods. Idlewild Limited reserves the right to charge a carriage/ handling charge if goods ordered and returned cause excessive cost to the business.
We recommend you obtain proof of posting certificate from the post office in case the parcel is lost in transit. Refund of postage will only be made in the case of faulty goods (this does not affect your statutory rights).
International Customers (Europe/Worldwide)
Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs. Send your parcel to Idlewild Ltd, c/o TFL, 23 Morses Industrial Estate, Brightlingsea, Colchester, Essex, CO7 0SQ.
Please retain your shipping documentation, so that we can complete your request in the event of items being lost in transit.

We offer a luxury nightwear gift wrapping service for £4.95. This includes an elegant Idlewild London box, ribbon, tissue and a gift tag. We can even add your own personal message to the gift tag.
Please note that in the event of a return gift wrap charges will only be refunded for incorrect or faulty goods.

For security reasons we do not store card details, your encrypted card details are sent directly to Barclays server.
